the government telling that they saved children doing work ..ie they saved child labour....
but if he learn the work he can survive when he grown up...
when he reached to a certain age he may become some expert in some work and he can earn his livelihood...
its better to take steps to save child begger.....
if the child begger cant know the work when he grown up he may become a theif,or any unethical person...
what i think is its better to take steps to avoid child beggers before child labour...........
